Personalised & Bespoke Orders

At Nature Capture Art Keepsakes, I welcome requests for personalised botanical keepsakes, including pieces created using flowers with special sentimental meaning.

Before providing a quotation, I will discuss your ideas and requirements with you, including the design, size, materials and any flowers you would like incorporated.

Once I have gathered the relevant information, I will provide either a fixed quotation or an estimated price, depending on the complexity of your request.

Where an estimated price is provided, the final price will be agreed with you before payment and before work begins.

An estimated production timeframe will also be discussed before your order is confirmed.

No obligation to purchase arises simply from requesting a quotation.

As each bespoke piece is individually handmade, slight natural variations may occur. Any significant changes to the agreed design or price will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Standard Orders & Payments

All products available through Nature Capture Art Keepsakes are individually handmade or carefully prepared using real flowers and natural materials.

Product descriptions, photographs and prices are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

As natural flowers, leaves and other botanical materials vary, slight differences in colour, shape and appearance may occur. These natural characteristics make each handmade piece unique.

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout.

Payment for ready made products is collected securely through the payment methods available on the website.

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, I will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery, Returns & Cancelations

All orders are carefully packaged to help protect your handmade keepsakes during delivery.

Delivery charges and available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is ready made or created to order.

For personalised and bespoke keepsakes, estimated production times will be discussed before the order is confirmed.

Customers purchasing standard, non personalised products online generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Items made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised are generally exempt from change of mind cancellation rights.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Product Care & Handmade Characteristics

Every Nature Capture Art Keepsakes creation is individually handmade using real flowers, natural materials and resin.

Because of the natural characteristics of botanical materials, slight variations in colour, shape and arrangement are part of what makes each piece unique.

To help preserve the beauty of your keepsake, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.

Resin jewellery and decorative pieces should be handled with care. Unless specifically described as heat resistant, resin surfaces should not be used for hot cookware or hot drinks.

Product care recommendations are provided to help customers enjoy their keepsakes for as long as possible.

These recommendations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
