Processing and Dispatch Times

At Nature Capture Art Keepsakes, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail.

Ready made items are carefully packaged and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Estimated dispatch times will be confirmed with your order.

For personalised or made to order keepsakes, production times vary depending on the design, size, materials and flowers required.

If you have a particular flower, design or special occasion in mind, please contact me through the Get in Touch section at the bottom of my website.

Simply describe what you would like, and I will be happy to discuss your ideas and provide an estimated production time before you place your order.

I believe meaningful keepsakes deserve time and care, and I want every piece to be made especially for you.

UK Delivery Charges

We carefully package every order to help ensure your handmade keepsakes arrive safely.

UK delivery charges:

  • Jewellery orders: £3.95

  • Other eligible keepsakes and mixed orders: £4.95

  • Larger botanical resin tables: Collection by arrangement, where available

Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you love your handmade keepsake. However, if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch so I can help.

Ready-Made Items

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify me if you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Returns should be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return postage when changing their mind. Eligible refunds include the original standard delivery charge and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of its return, whichever is earlier.

Personalised & Bespoke Keepsakes

Items created specifically to your individual requirements, such as keepsakes incorporating your own special flowers or personalised designs, are generally exempt from change of mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible through the Get in Touch section of my website.

I will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights, including return postage where applicable.
